GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
These general conditions regulate from a technical and operational point of view the use of the platform aste.centromacchineutensili.it owned by the company Centro Macchine Utensili s.r.l. with registered office in Palosco (BG), Via M. Buonarroti, 35, 24050 (VAT number 03320190162), for participation in the sales of movable goods.
These general conditions are made available to telematic bidders in order to allow their consultation and storage before participating in the telematic sale..
The company Centro Macchine Utensili s.r.l. is free to update, integrate or modify these general conditions whenever it deems necessary for regulatory or technical issues related to judicial auctions. The new conditions will be effective for all sales published following their publication.

INFORMATION ON GOODS FOR SALE
The description of the goods on the website aste.centromacchineutensili.it is indicative and must be verified.
The Company is not responsible for any partial or total discrepancy between the description of the goods being sold electronically and the actual consistency and/or identification of the same nor for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the photos and videos published.

WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED
The used machine that is the subject of the auction in which you take part is sold in the state in which it is found “as seen and agreed” by the buying party. When placing a bid, the customer declares that he has carefully inspected the used machine in question and accepts it in its current state.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 1490 para. 2 of the Civil Code, the customer declares that it waives any warranty action for defects or lack of quality of the machinery covered by this contract and, in any case, waives any claim for any reason or title against the seller.
The customer shall also bear the costs for any adaptation to safety regulations of the machine covered by this contract.

Only users registered on the website aste.centromacchineutensili.it are eligible to participate in the sales.
Registration is free of charge and only needs to be done once regardless of the number of sales you intend to participate in.
The user:
